The Monkey Tree (Cercropia pachystachya) is a large tropical tree located in the San Francisco Botanical Garden on 9th Avenue in San Francisco, California. It is native to Central and South America and is one of the most popular trees in the gardens. The tree can reach up to 60 feet tall with a canopy that can span up to 30 feet wide.
