Marvdasht

Marvdasht (Persian: مرودشت)[a] is a city in the Central District of Marvdasht County, Fars province, Iran, serving as both capital of the district and of the county.[4] At the 2006 National Census, its population was 123,858 in 29,134 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 138,649 people in 37,918 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 148,858 people in 43,528 households.[2]
