Jahrom

Jahrom (Persian: جهرم)[a] is a city in the Central District of Jahrom County, Fars province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.[5] Jahrom is the largest city in southern Fars and the second-largest in the province. At the 2006 National Census, its population was 103,023 in 25,946 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 114,108 people in 32,766 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 141,634 people in 43,349 households.[3]
