One of the most interesting and beautiful churches in Vienna. It is also a wonderful place to hang out at night with the reflecting pool, palm trees and a small bar plus sometimes a spritz mobile a set up in the park in front of the church. There is an incredible and relaxing atmosphere. The church is a wonderful work of art mixing many styles. Truly a gem in the city and not something to miss.

Very interesting museum. With a lot of interactive presentations and videos on the first floor. Prepare for a long journey through the natural history of our planet - from minerals, meteorites, fossils through dinosaurs and other ancient animals to almost every present form of life on Earth. One day is not enough to explore everything so I would like to come back again and spend more time in this wonderful museum.

The iconic Viennese Giant Ferris Wheel has become a symbol of Vienna. When you enter inside there is a small museum - the Panorama exhibition - showing scenes from Vienna's history and telling stories about the Prater. The Wheel itself is slowly turning to show remarkable views of the city. The cabins are totally safe, there is a bench for seating. The spin takes about 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Quite a unique building in Vienna. Basically the designer wanted to be a bit of a rebel and stand out amongst the typical Viennese buildings. The architecture is really interesting with its splash of different colours. You don’t need a ticket to come here. A lot of tourists go into the small side street but you actually get a great perspective off the Main Street as well.

Extraordinary museum with exquisite taste. The comparison and similarities between the works of Claude Monet and Pablo Picasso was amazing. The art of impressionism and abstraction really caught my eye. The museum was perfectly sectioned and very clean and neat. Being an art enthusiast and art lover, It was a great visit. We visited with the previously bought Vienna Pass.

One of the finest collections of Crown Jewels in Europe, probably second only to the Tower of London. It has the Crown of the Holy Roman Empire, the Austrian Imperial regalia of Rudolph II, but much more. They also allow photos and the guards aren’t intrusive. This and the Kunsthistoriches can’t be missed if you’re in Vienna.

The zoo is really fantastic. A wide range of animals surrounded by the amazing palace gardens. Plenty of options for food, but do plan your route based on what you want to eat and when. I would also recommend looking at when the feedings are as you get to see some of the animals in a different setting. I was lucky enough to see the artic wolves.

This museum is the first reason I visited Vienna. Spare at least half day to enjoy this great venue especially if you love Bruegel. You have to leave your backpacks in the lockers so you need 1 or 2 Euro coins. You’ll get it back when you open the locker. Museum’s gift shop offers a variety of souvenirs. Under 19 is free admission.

Beautiful palace .. fantastic tourist attraction in Vienna. The palace looks stunning in the night lights. The inside tour of the palace is nice. Photos are not allowed inside the palace. All the antique items and treasures of the palace are preserved very well. Great place to visit. Such a long area of the whole place. It might even take a full day to see the complete palace. The palace viewing tickets are sold here. A bit expensive though. Tickets are also sold to cover the half side of the palace only at half price. A lot of souvenir items are sold at the exit. The Christmas market is held here in the grounds of the palace during Christmas time.

We loved St. Stephen’s! We decided to buy tickets to the catacomb tour and the South Tower and we felt that we saw plenty. I think we spent about 10€ per person total to see both. We loved the catacombs tour. Our guide was very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of information about the catacombs. It was very in depth and in both German and English. You pay at the end of the tour in cash (they have change). The south tower was quite a trek - not for the faint of heart or claustrophobic. The stairs are very narrow and you end up walking past people going the opposite way. It gets very hot as well, so I’m not sure I’d recommend going on a hot day. We went on a rainy day and it was cooking, but thankfully the windows at the watch tower were open with a nice breeze to cool down at. You pay for tickets at the entrance of the South Tower.

Exquisite place full of museums, history of Austria and it's rich culture. The Hofburg is definitely something to recommend for everyone. Every tourist shouldn't miss on this place, it's well organized, the expositions are highly engaging and there are so many of them, there is a lot to choose from. From my point of view, it's impossible to view all of it in single 24h, so prepare at least a week to take it all in!

Very lovely Greek/Italian fusion restaurant. We saw the reviews and are happy to say it lives up to them. The waitress was super friendly and helpful from the instant we arrived. Food was top notch and good quality, I originally wanted the Shrimp risotto which they didn’t have but wasn’t a problem as there were at least 3 dishes I was happy to pick from as alternative. I had the linguine fruit da mare which was delicious. My girlfriend had the cauliflower steak which she loved. The menu isn’t extensive, which works, as all their food options sound beautiful so they have nailed the right amount of dishes. The portion size was perfect, not too much not too little. We had fresh bread and fries as extras, both lovely. Drinks were great and the waitress provided a digestive also at the end which was much appreciated. Really really great restaurant, highly recommend. And the service was perfect also. Loved it

In the context of Michelin starred restaurants, it has been an average dinner. I expected a more decisive kick in each course. I understand that the chef wanted to give a delicate approach on the menu, but the flavours were a bit boring. The location is classy and elegant. The staff was polite, but I expected them to speak English better. I appreciated the cake they arranged for my girlfriend’s birthday. Overall, an elegant place with elegant courses, but none of them impressed me.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Pramerl and the Wolf, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! This cozy little restaurant boasts an informal atmosphere with a casual yet cozy ambiance, making it the perfect spot for a memorable evening. One thing to note is that the restaurant offers a tailored surprise menu exclusively, so don't expect to find a menu on their website. This unique concept adds an element of excitement and surprise to your dining experience. You'll embark on an excellent journey through different tastes, with each dish beautifully crafted and bursting with flavors that will leave your taste buds delighted. The service is truly top-notch. From the moment I stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff. They made sure that every detail was taken care of, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food! Pramerl and the Wolf truly delivers when it comes to exceptional dishes. Each plate is a work of art, meticulously presented and bursting with flavors that will leave you craving for more. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite, and the chefs' creativity is evident in the unique combinations and innovative twists on traditional flavors. One thing worth mentioning is their Early Bird price. If you're looking to enjoy this gastronomic adventure at a more affordable price, be sure not to miss the chance to book a table at 18:00. It's a fantastic opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights that Pramerl and the Wolf has to offer while enjoying some savings. In conclusion, Pramerl and the Wolf is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to any food lover. Be sure to make a reservation and get ready for an unforgettable culinary journey!

Good food, food service. They do hover though which was a little annoying. Kept asking us every 5 minutes or less if everything was ok. Yes, we were the only people in the restaurant so no more people to keep them busy except for us but they really did need to lay off a little. Too attentive. The food was good though and the location was great. Nice little lane through the city. Beautiful little spot. We sat outside and it was really nice. Wow. It is hard to describe this dining experience in words. We had the degustation and it was like a journey for the taste buds. We were greeted and seated and given these delicious starters and a refresher towel moments after we were seated before we even saw the menu. With the tasting menu you had to choose a couple of dishes to leave out depending on your taste. Each dish was amazing and the service was simply outstanding. I would recommend Apron! Having such high expectations based of the long standing accolades and awards for this establishment I am disappointed and frustrated to have to write such a negative review. I have been to many Michelin restaurants and I have never left so underwhelmed. This would be my least favorite Michelin restaurant and chef’s menu, to date. 1) The total dining experience was over 4 hours. While I am in no rush, I found no desire to stay as long as we were there. Had there been dishes or an experience that peaked my interest I’d be happy to stay this long. We did not have the first course till after an hour and fifteen. The courses were spaced anywhere from 20-40 minutes apart after last bite of previous course. We were utterly bored. 1A) While service wasn’t bad, the attentiveness was not there. At Michelin caliber restaurants I expect the table to be immaculate and cleaned after each meal, this never occurred. This is picky, but it’s what to be expected at this level of restaurant. 2) The food was flat, nothing stood out to me and while it had many ingredients that I was excited to try together I did not find any complexity to the dishes. There have been Michelin restaurants where I remember specific dishes, there was unfortunately not one tonight. I found the plating and presentation of the food repetitive, it was the same presentation for each dish, the server would spoon out of a measuring cup for each dish (this is picky, but part of these dining experiences is the art of presentation and it felt lazy) 3) The wine pairings, while not bad, were very similar. I expect exciting different elements to compliment the dishes, did not feel it was adequate. I am sorry to have to write this review and I am hopeful that this was an off night or week (although a restaurant of this caliber and rating should not have this).

Unique and interesting aquarium! Definitely worth a visit. Lots of interesting sea creatures and other animals to see. We took our 2 year old son who is obsessed with sea creatures and he loved it! We had a wonderful experience. We went on a Sunday morning and waited in line before it was open. We took the elevator and went to the 10th floor and just worked our way down. It got more and more crowded as we reached the lower floors. I would not take a stroller inside unless absolutely necessary. You would have to use the lift to get down every floor which can be difficult and time consuming. We left around 11:30 and there was a long queue to enter so I recommend buying tickets in advance. I will definitely visit again but try to go on a weekday. I would also like to visit the rooftop restaurant next time.
