I have mixed feelings about our recent dining experience at David Toutain. On one hand, the food preparation and presentation was undeniably innovative and flawless. There was a wonderful and nuanced development of the overall theme, and the incorporation of natural elements into the presentation of the dishes made it aesthetically beautiful. The pacing of the meal was excellent and I cannot find fault with one of the courses. I even enjoyed the smoked eel in an inky medium. The food was truly a celebration! On the other hand, the service and overall energy of the restaurant is very cold. You do not feel welcomed nor is there air of generosity in the service provided. We showed up at 7:55Pm for our 8:00PM reservation (we did not know the restaurant opened at 8 but the front door was unlocked) and were abruptly shooed away and asked to return in 5 minutes! It felt like we were already an imposition and we hadn’t even sat down. It wasn’t a good first impression. The service was sufficient, but lacked the same level of commitment and intensity as that of the food being served. The service did not elevate the food, instead it took away from it. In particular, the sommelier’s apparent lack of enjoyment of serving the wine to guests, regardless of his efficiency and talent, contributed to the overall experience feeling less than it should be at this level and price point. Eating well is a combination of both the physical and emotional and this experience was missing 1/2 of this equation.

In my travels, this is by far the most impressive. I've been to the top and throughout this cathedral and was in awe. I have been back after the fire and always take the boat ride down the river to see the renovation progress. I will be back in May to see the progress. I love this building. It's May and I'm back to visit the cathedral it's still incredible and the construction is moving along. I can't believe the skill and technology that's required to put this building back together. I admire the technical skills required by all involved.

Undeniably the best dining experience we have ever experienced. The space is palatial and exquisitely decorated. The food is more than deserving of its three Michelin stars, absolutely memorable. The staff are not only refined, skilful and so well rehearsed, they are warm, friendly and engaging, making us feel completely relaxed and adding to the enjoyment of the whole experience. This is definitely dinner and a show! Treasured memories for us. Thank you and bravo.

Highly recommend a visit. Watch the stairs though. When we arrived in Paris I wasn't feeling very well but persisted with the climb. Thank goodness there is a rest point, seats, information displays over half way up with the viewing camera looking directly below. Once at the top, you are greeted with 360 views of the beautiful Paris laid out before you. Enjoy the distant views and the amazing feats of endurance, skill and nerve of the drivers circling around the roads below you. Such an amazing monument and totally worth the visit any time of day or night.

Our favorite meal while we were in Paris. Everything about the experience was amazing from beginning to end. The food was all beautifully prepared and delicious. The wine pairings went perfectly with the dishes. The service was top notch. Even the restaurant itself is a unique and fun environment to be dining in. We will definitely be going back when we're in Paris.

Visiting for the first time was an incredible experience. The architecture is stunning, the tower is massive and beautiful. I explored on foot, took a bus tour, and even went on a cruise. It's a must-see. I don’t come inside just look from outside because long queues even weekday. Recommend reserve in advance!!!

Louvre has the most extensive collection in all the museums. Our Travel Agency booked our Tickets. Do take the entrance ticket for the museum online to avoid the long queue. There are audio guides. There is always a huge line at the Mona Lisa exhibit, but it’s worth a wait. It’s one of the oldest, and most magnificent museums in the world & is home to a vast collection of works of art from all cultures and historical eras and includes breathtaking collections of priceless paintings and Greek and Roman statues. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes to avoid tired feet. Take a map or guidebook so tht u can easily navigate. Enjoy the experience & take in the beauty of the Art around u. Overall, the Louvre offers an extraordinary journey through art and history, and even with the crowds. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend exploring the Louvre and immersing yourself in the world of art and culture it has to offer.

A very cute authentic french restaurant. Amazing service and huge selection of wine. It's not a 'regular menu' they have the chef's menu you can choose from. It was delicious, I felt like the desert did not need to taste like truffle, even tho I selected the truffle menu. : ) Highly recommended if you're looking for french cuisine and wine. Even the small croissant and truffle butter before the meal starts is so delicious.

After years of waiting to see, it was a bit disappointing. The number of people was overwhelming. The museum itself is fantastic and so well put together. Was a little difficult to know where to start first and the order to see things, so I would recommend having a game plan before you go. Hit all the big ticket items 1st (Mona Lisa), and then you can take your time with the rest.

Tuileries Garden in Paris is a calm and beautiful place to visit. It’s like a small paradise amidst the busy city. I loved walking around the garden and feeling the tranquility it offers. The garden is well-maintained and looks really pretty. There are lots of green grass, colorful flowers, and neat hedges that make it so picturesque. From Tuileries Garden, you can see famous Paris landmarks like the Louvre Museum and even catch glimpses of the Eiffel Tower. It’s amazing to have such iconic views right there. Overall, Tuileries Garden is a wonderful place to experience peace and beauty in the heart of Paris. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a serene escape or a delightful walk.
