Still a work in progress but a very nice place for an easy walk. Vibrant flowers and a good variety of trees and other plants can be found across the grounds. You could go here every few weeks and see something different. They also offer free tours from time to time so it is worth checking their website for that. There are a cafe and toilets on site. Note that the drive way is a single lane with small areas to pull over every so often.

This mature garden can be enjoyed on so many levels, from the macro to the finest details. You marvel at its overall structure, its controlled wildness, the mystique of its winding paths, its corners, its towering specimens. It is one of those gardens that contains so much that, no matter how many times you visited, it would always have more to offer. A paradise. There are also shops, a garden centre, and a restaurant at the entry that are a draw in their own right.

Amazing place. An absolute 'must see and experience' garden of calm and tranquility. Owner, Catherine, is certainly one of a kind. Long may she continue.

Great place for a short family walk. Can get a bit crowded especially on the weekends. Fantastic selection of trees planted over the years and great for a nature trail to educate on tree naming and varieties
