The BBQ Pork is really delicious and good smell. Dim sum is all fragrant and has a strong flavor. The first broccoli and the last dessert moon cake and jelly also taste great. The Mango Pomelo Sago is playful. I'd like to meet the cheerful and kindly waiters again.

On our recent visits (and we've been there three times in the last few months), we were blessed with the culinary wizardry of Executive Chef Olie Marlow, who we'd seen reign supreme on the Great British Menu. Each dish was a work of art, with flavors and presentation that exceeded our already high expectations. The three-hour tasting menu was a true delight, and although it comes with a price tag to match, it's a small price to pay for an experience you'll never forget. In the world of Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurants, Aulis delivers exceptional value. We simply cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

A foodie friend recommended this restaurant as a must-try. We are glad we listened. At the counter, we had the benefit of explanations of the dishes we had in the tasting menu by the head chef. He and the staff were very nice. Beginning with the starters we were already impressed, and every dish that followed was wonderful, although I don't like red meat much at any restaurant. We will definitely go back to try the a la cart items.

Horrible food. Tuna tartare was extremely fishy, uni was watery which indicates its not fresh. Also just look at the holes in the steamed egg. Such a simple dish to make at home and they messed it up. $1380 for 6 courses and they serve you this quality lmao no

Wonderfully cooked food, particularly the “secret” pasta dish. Wine pairing was thoughtful and delicious. The bread could be better but they do give you a large number of varieties to try which makes up for this somewhat.

LOve the concept and the food. Service was superb, one of the best by far in long time. Pairing also was amazing. About the food combination was new and interesting all was delicious, both fish was extremely tasty. The bread to die for and desserts really good. Definitely coming back soon

Absolutely, one of our best culinary experiences in Hong Kong!!! The tasting menu we had was absolutely fantastic, right from the time we walked in to explaining every single item on the menu through a 11 course meal. Starting from bread pudding with cheese through to the final dessert with liquid nitrogen on cheese. The non-alcoholic drinks pairing was a bonus. We will definitely be visiting again!!!

The restaurant itself is not that big, situated in an old tiny building. The culinary experience was nice and playful, the food was good even though some of the dishes were nothing so special for the amount of money that you pay. Simply expected a little bit more from a Michelin star restaurant.

Lovely spot for a date or business meeting as the place is relaxing but has a great vibe to it at the same time. We came here for afternoon tea, and the price is quite decent ($498 a set for two people, including two mocktails). The presentation of the food was excellent, and I would say majority of it was delicious. The server was happy to help us replace the mocktails with brewed tea, and the fries we ordered off the bar menu was excellent as well. I’d definitely come back and try their other menus for sure.

Ok, it’s a 3 Michelin star place in Hong Kong, at the four seasons. If you want the luxury experience this is it. For the price we paid I was close to give it a 4 star if it was not for the steak, service (assistance manager was awesome) and the cheese platter. Not exactly my normal thing but worth a try once if you want to spend over 3 to 4 k per head. Beautiful views

You can never go wrong with Robuchon. The food is consistently excellent, for overall a reasonable price given the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes. Staff is knowledgeable, nice and diligent. The venue is lightened by electrical lights, so if you prefer natural lightning (for lunch) you may not enjoy the atmosphere.

Staff are welcoming. The space is very relaxing, informal, a bit of minimalist but not to the extreme. We had the lunch set menu. All food is tasty but no wow factor. It is an Italian restaurant in heart. The pasta with the mackerel is nice. Wine topup by staff is not quick enough. There is no rush of service which we like. Not asking us for coffee or tea which is unusual!!

Visited for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we were blown away by the service, food, and overall atmosphere. What we really enjoyed was their attention to detail and ensure the best experience for any customer. I had some dietary restrictions and wasn’t too fussy but mentioned it in passing as I booked online but they were able to recommend and even suggest alternative options to ensure that I enjoyed it as much as my not-at-all picky boyfriend. They even provided such a wonderful cake for the birthday celebration that made it even more special. What’s also great about the lunch was that it included 2h free flow which seems so worth it with al the different alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink options. Thank you Amber! We’ll definitely come back in the future!

The menu utilizes a range of local and international ingredients. Presentation is impeccable. Flavor wise it is on the mild side. Personally I found it a bit of lacking and would prefer a more complicated profile. The most interesting dish for me is the crispy daikon. Service is great. Overall a solid performance.

Dining time/date：18:30 July 21st 2023 Food: Honestly for a Micheline 1 star the course lacked creativity. While all the ingredients were fresh, they were simply put together nicely, demonstrated little culinary technique nor innovative combination/flavour. Also for the price of 2K per person, the ingredients used were not matched to the charge. I have had less costly 1 Micheline star meals that surprised me in ingredients/flavour combinations. As you can also see from the picture, the presentation for 3/7 dishes in a a row were repeated in that they came to pour the sauce at table. First time - fancy, 2nd time err ok, 3rd time boring. Service: Few failing points 1. the waitress instead of trying, always give a upfront “No” any anything - even on dietary requirement. The degustation had a half-lobster, which one of my colleague is allergic to, I am amazed that her initial response was “no we cannot swap”. After we press it, she then checked with the chef and came back advising “it’s 4 of you, therefore must 2 swap to fish” that was it, without explaining why it has to be two, then we later figured out ourselves, it’s 1 lobster get split to half, therefore, 2 diner have to have fish. 2. As we progress to dessert, she came again advising us that she has to serve all dessert dishes together as we must return the table at 8:30 (we sat down at 6:30). 1. Time limit was never communicated during reservation nor stated on the confirmation. 2. This time limit was also never communicated as we came in. 3. I have not heard any Micheline restaurant that imposes such time limit for “degustation course” We told her we were never informed upfront and can we have the table any longer, again her response was a upfront “NO” 3. The duty manger (who is perhaps 185) came and stand next to our table at 8:30 while we were still carrying our conversation. We had to stop our conversation to allow him a window to speak, he asked “how was everything ” we gave him the feedback reflecting our experience. He continued to stand there not saying a thing. We therefore ask “is there anything more or you want the table back?” He then said “I just wanted to hear your feedback, you can stay” - but didn’t we already gave you the feedback? NB. The manager discounted two meals on good will as a compensation. Environment: Overall is chic and trendy with nice ambient. But the table we sat - first table next to the entrance, their staff kept walking around our table to get access their storage/glassware through a curtin. Very distracting lack of privacy.

We went there at short notice for a wedding anniversary. The food was nice, really really yummy bread with a wonderful crust, and a good experience overall, but also nothing out of the ordinary for this type of restaurant. They called ahead to confirm we had an anniversary to celebrate and said they'd prepare a surprise, which then never arrived, and we didn't bother asking for it, but it seems others got a cake with candles.

Have been to Man Wah several times for both lunch and dinner. A restaurant that never let you down . The service was excellent and to the point by the manager and staffs . The sommeliers , especially the head sommelier Andrew Lam , have deep wide wine knowledge and much better than those in Amber . The ingredients were fresh and exotic. The cooking skills were classy and executed to the perfect level ! One of the best Chinese cuisine dining places in Hong Kong and the world . A must visit Chinese cuisine dining place!

This place is simply, for the lack of a better word, extraordinary. We have been here a few times and each time is equally good as the last. Food is top notch, prices are fairly reasonable and service truly reflects what they stand for. It’s a must try.

Good place to walk and have fun over there. A lot of clubs for drinking and dancing. Good food and variety of food. Many brands are nearby so can easily go for shopping. As it is up hill so there are escalators for going up.

It is a place that gets livelier as the night progresses. There are people soliciting business on the roadside, and there are many foreigners. The atmosphere is noisy, making it suitable for young people and those who have trouble sleeping.

We stayed in Central 中环… after doing some research, we decided to take a taxi to Stanley Plaza and from there it was a walking distance to Stanley Market. The market is full of interesting things, especially the colourful writing as you can see from my video. Prices are non-negotiable for most of the times.

Escalator steps that lead up the hill to the former site of the Victoria Prison, a historic landmark. It is covered so one cannot get wet even in the unforgiving Hong Kong weather. Part of the steps are automated, one part is "manual" walking.

Nice temple to visit in the area of Yau Ma Tei in Hong Kong.

Perfect place for space geek and kids to learn more about space. They have cool show about Mars, Voyager, and so on. You can also enjoy 2 floors of cool exhibition to play with your kids or spouse. I recommend you to buy the ticket in advance for the shows.

Good view of Hong Kong skyline. Recommend to come before sunset to have the best view and enjoy both day and night view. The best spot is at the cafe, which surprisingly offered good food. 1 star off because there's really nothing much here except for the view. The 5g exhibition which took out a big portion has really no relevance to the place and is quite boring. It's obvious that the staff have nothing better to do too.

It is a street food and flea market. They have different food stalls and restaurants beside the stretch of the street. The local food is good. The street is closed for the flea market. Merchandise stalls sells cheap and mid range of products such as souvenirs, shoes, clothes, and others.

Amazing views, but unbelievable queues! Make sure you pre-purchase a ticket from the OFFICIAL website then get in the correct queue when you arrive (it's worth going round the longer queue for hotel or agent booked tickets, as often the queue fir this is much, much longer). But even then, expect to be waiting an hour. It us eventually worth it though!

Amazing view of Hong Kong. You can enjoy the view of a lot of magestic building in Hong Kong Island also with beautiful light at night. The sea area also clean with a lot of ship and cruise move around. Maybe this place become a landmark of Hong Kong it's self. There are also many attraction around like museum, tower and statue. Nice place to strolling on afternoon or night.

The views on top were nice, classic instagram worthy spot to take snaps. Better to go around 6pm before sunset so you get the both afternoon and evening views of Hong Kong skyscrapers. This place has been open for a long time, but their queue system is super bad. From ticketing to getting into the tram, it's so chaotic.

Kowloon Walled City: a lawless zone lasted over a century until the dawn of the 21st century. The historical site now turns into a park. Great for kids riding in the bicycles lane.

The last time I came here was over 20 years ago, so it was nice to revisit. A beautiful and relaxing park from which you can admire the surrounding skyscrapers but also feel enclosed in the greenery. There are plenty of benches and it was not hard to find seating. Walking around, you can see lots of pretty flowers and plants. The toilet facilities are decently clean.

A price of Hong Kong History, no tickets needed, no admission fee to pay. This is the original clock tower of the KCR (Kowloon Canton Railway), an early rail network in Hong Kong that predates the modern MTR. Font forget to have a look into the window of the clock tower. Here, you'll see a bell dated 1919.

I visited this place specifically to witness the breathtaking light show during the evening, and I must say it's truly captivating. The nighttime view of the magnificent buildings and peaks of Hong Kong Island is simply stunning. While you're here, make sure not to miss the opportunity to explore the handprints of some renowned Asian celebrities.

This is amazing, beautiful, a must see. Plan your trip ahead of time as it might take away one whole day as it is a very popular destination. Cable car ride is nice with stunning views. Up at top the mountain the is this small town with lots of places to see, little shops and nice places to eat. Lots of walking and lots of stairs. It is so worth going there.

Amusement park mixed with zoo mix with aquarium. There is something for everyone here. Even if nothing interests you, it's a great area to walk around for exercise (lots of up and down slopes). There are two different levels - upper level where you have to take a gondola for (or there's an option for a train instead for those who are scared of heights/accessibility) , is where all the rides are situated. The lower level is for the animals and attractions. The rides are good for older children and not so much for younger (such as 7 and under). If you go at a good time, there is minimal line ups. The water ride - expect to get wet but the poncho (which they sell while you're in line) may be unnecessary. This was a fun attraction for families. Seniors can go in free also. Everything is clean. It's possible to get lost here.

Possibly my worst amusement park, if not life, experience ever? And we were shocked it was with Disney. This was our thought after spending 4 hours lining up and doing only 3 attractions. It was our first experience with the franchise. Around 90 US dollars per person to enter, only to find out there were too many people inside too small a park. I mean, look at the lineups everywhere—it was minimum 1 hour at any major rides, even though the app indicated 15 minutes. And good luck spending additional 70 US dollars per person for VIP access. I understand this scorching summer is not Disney’s fault, but letting customers wait hours and hours in the sun is. What’s worse was even finding a place with AC to sit down and eat food was all but impossible, and the food stalls had a lineup longer than the roller coaster’s. Everyone comes to Disney, or any amusement park, for joy. None of us found any of that from Hong Kong Disney. Many 1-star reviews put it very precisely and concisely: very expensive, too many people, few attractions, and so ill-designed and managed for the summer.
