Trekking is Nepal can be life time experience. We have done this treks with in a week. Original itinerary was fly to Lukla airport (2804 m) which is the the gateway of Everest Base Came trek but due to bad weather we charter the helicopter. Day one is few hours walk, we reached the Phakiding (2623 m) we supoosed to stay here but our team want to move forward which is not good but we moved forward after few hours walk again and reached to Monjo. Where we stay over night. Day two continued walking and reached to our next destination Namche Bazar (3440 m). This place is the highlights of EBC trekking where everyone wanderlust. An evening is more fun at the live band musical bar and so on. Day three we reached to Pangboche (4252 m) Day four we continued walking to Dingboche (4350 m) Day five we reached to Lobuje (4930 m) Day six we reahced to Goraksheep (5170 m) this is the last stop where tea house lodges are availabe. Afternoon we skip our lunch and continued hiking to Kala Patthar (5545 m) and an in evening we reached to our final destination Everest Base Cam (5364 m) and back to Goraksheep for over night. Day seven fly back to Kathmandu by helicopter. Note: I request you don't follow this itinerary, due to some reason we did this type of trek which is not acceptable. Mental health is very important rather than physical fitness. We had high profile guest who don't have enough time hence we have to follow the above itinerary. Changes are made on the spot. Usually we suggest every one kindly enjoy your trek extend one or two night in every destination to enjoy your holidays and high altitude acclimatization is very important. Everest can be seen from many places on the way but can't see from the base camp. If you have enough time then i suggest do hike to Kala Phattar next day for wonderful everest view and sun set too. Accommodation and food is very basic level, try to skip alcohal and meat items. You must eat fresh and hot food and drinks as much water as you can. We were 2 guests, myself as a trip leader, a trek guide and two potters only in our trip. This is the hard and the best trip so far. It is hard due to change in the itinerary and difficult to fullfill the unexpected demands by the guests like tv to watch championship league lol. Afterall we success this trip with joyful memories into our life.
