Amazing place with wonderful dishes and a great service! We went there twice during our short stay in Madrid because it was totally worth it! Delicious octopus, prawns, paella and squid! Also sangria tastes really great there! And a free drink served after the meal was so tasty! A big credit to Emiliano, who was very inviting, kind and helpful! We liked everything about the place! Big thank you! Greetings from Poland :)

Very good Spanish cuisine! The pork is seasoned just as a Spaniard would: veeeery lightly. Nice ambiance except for a group of non-Spanish men speaking loudly. Excellent and attentive service!

Ok so I took my son here, we were visiting Madrid together... it looked cool and was recommended... HOWEVER this is totally a "romantic" restaurant! The food and service were excellent, and I would come back... with my wife. Just know that! We had pumpkin ravioli, and hake, both were perfect.

For me …. PERFECTION Jason did an excellent job of helping me choose those dishes that were ‘special’. The omelette with potato and blood sausage was excellent, with eggs that were only cooked enough so you knew it was an omelette. Accompanied by a side of very thinly sliced asparagus with a slightly acidic and spicy dressing. Next, the skate; RICH, TENDER, BUTTERY …. DELICIOUS And finally(as I was full) … a whole pigs ear ! an explosion of flavor AND TEXTURE in your mouth. Crispy Skin + Soft Skin + Chewy Cartilage + Soft Fatty bits = AMAZING All washed down with a glass of cava and house red. Sacha introduced himself and suggested I would enjoy the asparagus better if I used my hands 😁

We found this restaurant with googling and no regret, cocktails was so nice with real taste and foods were so tasty. Inly negative point was a bit pricey which is understandable as they have one of the best location at Plaza mayor. Thanks 😊

The paella was pretty bland, there are way better paellas in Madrid. The service was great and I’m sure the other food is good, but the paella was a miss for us. We should had ordered another meal instead of two paellas. Sangria was nice.

Awesome from the hospitality to the food. All the employees are very very friendly. Even though they are very busy they take the time to show you around the restaurant in between serving guest. They love to share the history about the restaurant and give everyone visiting a menu with information about their restaurant. They even take the time to walk you downstairs to show you their old wine cellar. You can even walk into their kitchen while they are cooking. They do not mind you taking pictures or videos. Simply the best and most friendliest business. And the food was fantastic from the suckling pig to the dessert everything was very good. The cheesecake was amazing in my humble opinion. I never had a cheesecake like there’s ever before. The center was oozing out a creamy cheese while the top had a brown tint. It was awesome 😇 would highly highly recommend while visiting Madrid. It is a must. It’s literally down the stairs coming from plaza major👍👍👍

A hidden gem in an alley 5 min walk from the palace. One of the best tapas place I’ve been and definitely deserves 5-star rating! Excellent food and services, and May I say I had the best bread ever too (had three loafs of them!) would recommend cod & garlic shrimp, crispy boar and grilled cheese. Love the vibe too.

We had an unforgettable anniversary celebration here with the tasting menu Temporalidad + wine pairing. We are thankful to all the team of the restaurant for a perfect evening and the journey of flavor discovery. Every small detail, every bite and every dish of the menu were elaborated until perfection and worth a separate review. The impeccable service and very intimate and private atmosphere of the place made our experience truly unforgettable. Bravo to the Chef and to the whole team !

fabulous restaurant. passionate chef and staff. Favorite meal of Madrid. I would say to plan on having a reservation. They don’t flip tables or rush you; they turned away quite a few walk ins. I can see why they’re fully booked. Service and food can’t be beat. I thought the portions, quality of product and preparation deserved their gourmand rating for sure. The leeks are a must order.

The whole experience is awesome. It feels like it's more than just a dining experience but a whole experience of a restaurant - kitchen, cellar and dining room. It's a perfect execution on food, wine pairing and service. We'll put it on the top of all three Michelin star restaurants that we have visited. I don't know how often they change their menu, but it's a perfect and wonderful dinner for us on our Spain trip.

What a great find on our first night in Madrid! My husband and I didn’t have a reservation (seems recommended) but we were seated after just a short wait. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating for English speaking guests. Jose was our server, and he was amazing! We took all of his menu recommendations and have no regrets. It was also neat sitting near the carving station. From the vino to Iberian ham & tomatoes to the pork and cod entrees, we absolutely loved our experience!

We do a lot of Michelin meals and look for ones when we travel. This is a one star but there are two major reasons I would increase their Michelin to a 2 personally: The food isn’t merely a chef’s creations . Thus 14 course meal was a culinary love letter to Spain. For those who want to taste flavors unique to the country from a chef that understands very well how to do it — this is the place. Second: the wine pairing. It’s very difficult to get wine pairings done right. Each wine was good as a stand alone but brought a whole new unique flavor to the dishes when combined. It’s a pairing that doesn’t just go with the food, it complements it and adds to it. That has not been my experience in other Michelin 1’s. I was very honored to taste what they are doing here and it deserves every bit of the attention it gets and then some.

A great respite from the hustle and bustle of Madrid’s city life. Very quiet and tranquil spot. There are a variety of different paths leading to beautiful gardens and small frog ponds. There is also an abundance of wildlife including birds, butterflies, and a peacock with a huge colorful plume. I didn’t take a photo so not to stress her out. Most importantly there is only one entrance to the garden, located on the far side, down the hill near the tall. Arch.

In Madrid, there once existed a bustling public square, serving as a popular meeting place for the locals. Dominating the square was the renowned post office of Madrid, lending credence to the famous adage that news reached the square even before events unfolded. Crowning the aged post office building, a celebrated clock captivated the attention of all. As the clock's hands approached midnight on New Year's Eve, the square would fill with eager individuals, each clutching twelve grapes. At the stroke of twelve, the clock resounded twelve times, marking the cue for everyone to consume a grape with each chime.

Archaeological museums are my favorite type of museums and I learned SO much from this one. I went by myself around 2pm on a weekday and had most of the exhibits to myself. I could certainly take my time without feeling rushed! Compared to other popular museums around Madrid that are packed and hard to move through, this was a delightful surprise. AND significantly cheaper. I spent over 3 hours here. I was hooked on the displays and so engaged with the timelines and artifacts presented. The museum itself is organized and easy to follow. The 3rd level was closed when I visited but I knew this ahead of time when reading reviews. They did not disclose this when I purchased my ticket though so this could be a disappointment to some. Easy to find, kind staff, excellent museum.

Really beautiful historic park in the outskirts of Madrid with plenty of interesting features. The park is perfectly manicured and, even though admission is free, it is only open to visitors on weekends (no food allowed within the premises). Worth the long metro ride from downtown Madrid if you have some spare time in the city.

One of my favorite markets anywhere. The variety of food and desserts is expansive. You can try a little bit of everything, or a lot of one. The vendors serve a wide variety of visually enticing gastronomical delights. It’s almost a shame to eat the artistically presented treats, but one must do his/her duty. You can also wash down your lunch with a glass of grape or a pint of beer. It gets very crowded at lunch so keep a close eye on the tables for a spot.

I have to say, it was an amazing experience. I am giving it a well-deserved 5-star rating. The palace exudes a captivating atmosphere that transports you to a different era. The grandeur and beauty of the architecture left me in awe. Exploring the different rooms and halls was a treat for history and art enthusiasts like myself. The attention to detail in the decorations and furnishings is impressive. Each room has its own unique charm, and I couldn't help but admire the exquisite craftsmanship. The palace grounds are equally magnificent, offering stunning views and well-maintained gardens. It's a perfect place to take a leisurely stroll and soak in the ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the palace's history and guiding us throughout our visit. If you have the opportunity to visit Madrid, I highly recommend paying a visit to Palacio de Real Madrid. It's a must-see attraction that will leave you with unforgettable memories. Whether you're interested in history, art, or simply want to appreciate the beauty of this majestic palace, you won't be disappointed.
