Lombard Street is a winding, one-way street in San Francisco, California, United States, famous for its steep, one-block section with eight tight hairpin turns. It is a major thoroughfare in the city and is known for its scenic views. It runs east–west from the Telegraph Hill neighborhood to The Presidio. Lombard Street is also known as the "Crookedest Street in the World".
