Recently went here for my girlfriends birthday and it couldn't have been in a better place! We were in cabin #8, the cabin was clean and the hot tub was cleaned, warmed and easy to use. If we had any questions you could easily email and they were super responsive. We used the kayaks and my girlfriend keeps using the word "magical" to describe the experience. Cute shops are all around plus some really pretty trails on the property. There were 3 of us altogether and the cabin was the perfect size! Cabinets came stocked with some glassware, dishwasher, and cookware, plus a full size fridge. The bed was super comfortable, and with the windows open you can hear all the wildlife which was the most relaxing night sleep. 100% will recommend this place to anyone!

The cocktails were amazing! You must try the hot muddled wine and the chocolate martini! The pizza was also delicious. There was live music and the band was good! The place was a bit small but overall had a great time.

Love sitting at the fireplace. Staff have been awesome every time I've been there. The food is great, I only give a 4 star because the rice has always been very bland. I'm very surprised by that. They do live music and trivia nights. A group of us showed up there once at the last minute and they handled us very well, too. Don't forget the serve yourself chips and salsa station. They also have a little phone charging rental station by the chips. If you want to play pool and darts, those are available in the back. Great place, all around.

I went here because I have been searching for decent pizza in Shelton and this place seemed to have good reviews. Got their monster pepperoni. Paid $31 for it. Got home my wife, my guest, my daughter and myself each tried a slice. It was quite burned and completely inedible. I usually don't like to complain, it REALLY has to be called for. After consideration I decided that we did not get what we paid for, so I called in and requested a refund. The lady seemed understanding and nice, but when I indicated that I wanted a refund instead of a replacement the line got disconnected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt figuring they may be having phone issues. I called back, no answer. I waited an hour and called back again, still no answer. I waited another couple hours, still no answer, then called back just before bed, still no answer. I'm pretty sure she hung up on me. My bank was happy to reverse the transaction, so I got my money back. Regardless, at the end of the day, a pizza that costs over $30 should be delicious. And 4 people should have no problem demolishing the thing. Maybe it was just a fluke and accidentally gave me a burned pizza, but be warned! If they mess up your order do not expect them to take responsibility if you have already paid.

Great stay and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed during holiday season and the decorations were very warm and receptive with Christmas piano music playing in the background. There was a good amount of food services inside. During our stay we enjoyed their steakhouse, pizza place, ice cream parlor and their coffee house. Everything was cooked well. My favorite was the prime rib sandwich which came with au jus and I subbed my fries for risotto. The comfort of the rooms was standard, nothing too fancy but very comfortable.

A great park with trees, a dynamic climbing playground, slides, swings, a large grass field, restrooms, a gazebo and more. The playground is great for all ages, toddlers to pre-teens. Highly recommended and even works on rainy days as the playground is made from wood rather than metal or plastic.

What a cool place!! The clams and oysters were great. The bread is perfect for dipping in clam juice! However it is tough to put in an additional order since you have to go back and stand in line again. After you finish your meal you can access their beach for a nice walk.
