We stopped here for a quick ( and late) lunch after a long afternoon in the car. We weren’t dressed the part, but that didn’t stop the staff from treating us with the utmost kindness. The food was delicious! Our family of 7 tried multiple appetizers, mains, and desserts. Everything was wonderful! Also, we had a few mixed drinks and they were also very tasty. The service was perfect and I highly recommend this restaurant.

This was hands down my favorite meal in a long time! The staff was so attentive, Alex and Felipe really made sure that we were taken care of and were very hospitable and welcoming. We enjoyed their recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing, we got the ribeye and baby lobster. The steak was better than any US steakhouse I’ve been to so far, it was so tender, a perfect medium rare, and had great marbling. It was presented beautifully to us along with the lobster. We sat outside and had a view of the lagoon which was perfect for celebrating our anniversary. This is a meal we won’t forget, thank you to Puerto Madero for making our last night in Cancun one we won’t forget!

I just had a lovely dinner here. Service and vibe are excellent, so as the live music. However, I was quite disappointed about the food. I ordered Pichana steak, famous one from Brazil, but this was nothing like anything I had my entire life. The meat is so hard to bite-chew and feels like totally tasteless! I brought this issue to manager attention but no solution has been offered!

Our experience at the Club Grille was nothing short of amazing. You walk into live music played by a very talented pianist. We were brought to our table right away by the manager and greeted by a friendly staff. Throughout the meal what impressed me most was the professionalism of the wait staff. They took their job very seriously and accommodated anything we asked. The service was world class. The food was hard to beat - spectacular flavors and combinations. The menu had a wide variety. I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection paired with the most lovely rice/risotto on the bottom. I started with the pear salad which was divine. My father had the chicken and the cauliflower risotto. I tried both and they were great. We’ve been to fancy restaurants, Michelin stars, etc. and this dining experience was up there with the best. Do not hesitate to join for dinner, it was sensational.

We had the pleasure of dining at the Crab House restaurant recently and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. The restaurant is situated right on the waterfront, offering stunning views and creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its expansive sitting area on a dock, which is perfect for larger parties or for those who want to enjoy their meal while taking in the gorgeous waterfront views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. As for the food, the variety of seafood options on the menu was truly impressive and it was the main reason we went there. We tried the grilled octopus and the snapper, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The freshness and quality of the seafood was evident in every bite, and the flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended it!

I really appreciated the effort they put into making great food here. The chef attends your table and is extremely friendly. However, I don't believe they make seafood to my taste. I still highly recommend this place but I wish they'd not over work lobster or shrimp. Expect them to be a little slow servicing tables.

The BEST seafood I've had in a long time! The oysters and clams were sweet, clean and fresh! The lobster - which I selected from the pool myself was meaty and delicious. I chose the 3 chili sauce. The location and staff were perfect. The crocodile which hung out right over the railing enjoyed the little tidbits we all tossed at him. The fish too. I highly recommend though selected a whole lobster will make it a pricey evening. Opting for just the tail is a more reasonable way to go.

The fresh salmon was perfectly cooked, the salad had such a great dressing, and the mousse was absolutely delightful. He even knows how to cook cod to actually give it flavor. I also love the atmosphere here and the presentation of these dishes. There are only great things to say about the place. The servers also speak Spanish and English, which I know of so far. Great location and setting. The sunset is breathtaking and would highly recommend timing your reservation for then. The food is very good. Slightly expensive but that is expected for the location and service. The service was excellent we had a very attentive waiter that did an amazing job of making us feel well taken care of. Only negative is that management tries to push the expensive plates pretty strongly so be aware of that. The vibe was amazing, they had great energy and did a fire show after sunset that was very fun. Final note, the team asked if there was an occasion and we told them it was our anniversary, they were very kind offered us a flute of champagne each and a complimentary cake. How nice is that! Overall definitely go there if in Cancun but don’t be carried away by the 150$+ items, the regular ones have some serious hidden gems! (e.g., seafood rice)

I recently dined at Taboo restaurant in Cancun's hotel zone, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant's ambiance was absolutely captivating, with an electrifying show that added an extra layer of excitement to the evening. The cocktails were a highlight, crafted with skill and creativity, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, I couldn't help but notice that the prices were on the higher side. While the quality of the food, drinks, and entertainment was impressive, it's important to acknowledge that the experience comes at a premium. If you're willing to splurge for an extraordinary night out, Taboo restaurant delivers a remarkable time. Just be prepared for the higher costs that accompany such a lavish experience.

Must visit place if you are in Cancun for the first time. Wait for this sign can take longer time depending on the time of the day. It doesn’t have ample parking but some volunteers will always help you to get the right spot. It has good restroom with wheelchair accessible routes. The sea beach is good with lot of resting places. But the sea is full of sea weeds. You can get good waves in this region. The color of the water is amazing.

The entire park is great or looked great. I did not select the dolphin option as part of our activities as I've had the opportunity to enjoy this activity several times in the past. I needed to rent a locker only from this section of the park because I did not have USD to pay for the regular lockers at the front entrance. I did spend a significant amount of time observing the dolphins and interacting with them while I was there and they are so fun to watch play, show off, do tricks, behave, and flaunt their intelligence. They are well taken care of and the facility is exceptionally well maintained for them. All the patrons that were part of the physical experience were happy and as amazed as I was the first few times I experienced this. The only thing I didn't think was cool was paying $35 CAD to use the lockers that really anyone can just push open with an object thinner than the width of a pen. It's possible the other lockers at the entrance were cheaper but the cost of this locker was almost as much as the admission to the park. So I recommend if going here for any activity to just leave anything you really don't need in your room.

There is not much to see in this place but the mayan column itself. But , even then, it stands as a nice rememberance of the mayan civilization, in a corner of an area on Cancun where most people pass by bus or car, in the direction of the beaches. I was just strolling around there, one day, and noticing such an interesting artifact from so long ago made me remember the rich history of that area, mostly visited today for its beaches and resorts. Really nice and well preserved, but unfortunately rarely noticed by the hundreds or thousands that pass by it on a daily basis.

Be careful with what they promise you included on the tour. The tour was nice, it takes a long wait until they get the amount of people they want, we got the tour with transfer to the hotel, and after the tour we were surprised the the transfer was only 1 way, so the receptionist told was that wasn't her problem if we don't know how to get back to the hotel. Be careful with tips and extra charges.

I paid $34 for 2 people (ride only); you only get 3 laps, which is roughly 8-10 minutes. The view is definitely worth seeing. The water was breathtaking, you can see people on the rooftops, the cruise ships in the distance, the turquoise water; totally panoramic. I would imagine if you went at sunset, the view would be striking. It's definitely worth experiencing. I'm not quite entirely sure that it's worth the price charged. We waited awfully long for the cashier to set up. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier or if she just had a major attitude, but we were under the impression that we were bugging her. The ride was scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. There was a line, and we were at the very front - everyone in line was complaining. The attendant finally showed up at 1:07 p.m. and started setting up. The funny thing is, I saw her earlier at another station and she was the one that informed me that I could not purchase tickets until 1:00 p.m and that same "attitude" was present. After purchasing, we were told to go take "MANDATORY" pictures. Why?? I tried to opt out but was FORCED. Such a money grab. The couple behind us was very appalled that we were FORCED to take pictures. At the end of the ride, they try to convince you to buy your photos. I did not like that part at all.

Amazing beach, almost the only one on the whole hotels zone in Cancun. It was clean and conditions were great. Parking is free, but people pretend to be a parking personal will help you and will ask for some small tips. Umbrellas are free as well. During the stay out of season we managed to find an umbrella always. Sand is clear. We had good waves for surfing. There is a serfing spot there, you can find them near the showers in the middle of the beach. Toilets are also clean, but pay attention to the working times, in the evening they are closed. Almost no sargassum during first half of the June.
